We understand life happens! Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours may be subject to a small fee.

That’s entirely up to you! Many clients prefer to be home for the first visit, but it’s not required. As long as we have access, we’re happy to clean whether you're present or not.

We accept cash, card, and digital payment options (Venmo, Zelle, etc.). Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
